Tenacious, detail-oriented, and client-centered—Nicki is second-generation Cuban American, a second-generation real estate agent, and holds her master's and bachelor's degrees from Cal State Long Beach.
This real estate guru and former communications professor enjoys Krav Maga, and adventuring around the neighborhood with her three beautiful girls.
Zak Kuczynski
Broker-Owner
Zak Kuczynski (he/him) is a Long Beach native who has enjoyed the convenience and beauty of living up and down coastal Los Angeles and Orange County all his life. In 2005, Zak began his real estate career as a home inspector before later transitioning into real estate sales. He and his family own and manage multiple-income properties, and Zak grew up in and around the real estate industry, having a multi-generational heritage of real estate brokers and property investors within his family. With his nearly twenty years of diverse industry experience, Zak brings knowledge to the table for both buyers and sellers.
Zak would say he's passionate about helping clients mitigate risk and stress; he believes there is no need to waste his clients' precious time and resources. We would say Zak is a cat and dog owner—and who doesn't trust a man who presents as all-business and turns out to be an animal lover?
